A straight answer on how we're paid
We're local real estate investors. We buy the property, or your share of it, and we pay to clear the title. Once it's clear, we repair it, sell it or rent it out. That's how we make money.
We never charge you fees. And if keeping the property is better for you, we'll tell you that too.
